7.Governing Law & Jurisdiction: This agreement is governed by Indian law.
8.No Third-Party Involvement: BhaangBros will not participate in claims related to client’s actions against the client.
9.Service Delivery: We strive to provide timely service, but we cannot guarantee specific timelines – results may vary.
10.Client Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring all required information is provided accurately.

12.Liability for Consumer Harm: BhaangBros and its affiliates shall not be held responsible for any harm, loss, injury, illness, mental distress, damage, or any other negative consequences arising from the consumption, use, misuse, or abuse of our products or services, under any circumstances.
We explicitly disclaim all forms of responsibility for any physical, mental, financial, emotional, or existential damages, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable, caused directly or indirectly by our offerings.
